By visiting the website and purchasing products, you agree to be bound by these Terms, including the linked Privacy Policy, Returns and Refunds Policy and Shipping Policy. If you do not accept the Terms in full, you may not use the website or its services.

• You declare that you are of legal age under the law of your country of residence, or that you have obtained consent from the holder of parental responsibility.
• You may not use the products or services for unlawful purposes or in breach of applicable laws, including intellectual property and cybersecurity legislation.
• Transmission of malicious code and unauthorised scraping are prohibited.

Before an order is concluded, we clearly and comprehensibly provide all information required by Article 49 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and Articles 7–12 of Legislative Decree 70/2003, including:

• the trader’s identity and contact details;
• the essential characteristics of the products;
• the total price, including taxes and shipping costs;
• payment methods, delivery times and costs;
• the existence of the right of withdrawal and the conditions, deadlines and procedures for exercising it;
• for personalised products, notice that choosing engraving means losing the right of withdrawal for that item.

• Some products may be available exclusively online and in limited quantities.
• Colours and images are representative and may vary depending on the device used.
• Descriptions and prices may be updated. Any material errors will be corrected without undue delay.
• We reserve the right to limit sales or quantities on a case-by-case basis, in compliance with applicable law and without prejudice to your consumer rights.

• We may refuse, limit or cancel orders in the event of irregularities or risk of fraud, notifying you using the contact details provided.
• You undertake to provide current, complete and accurate account, payment and shipping information.
• Payments are processed through certified providers. We do not store full payment card details.

Unless otherwise stated, delivery takes place at the address specified by the customer within the times communicated when ordering. Times, costs and methods are described in the Shipping Policy.

The risk of loss or damage passes to the consumer only when the consumer, or a third party designated by them other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the product (Article 63, Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005).

Consumers purchasing in the EU have a right of withdrawal for 14 days from receipt of the goods, without giving a reason (Articles 52–59 of the Italian Consumer Code; Directive 2011/83/EU).

Consumers benefit from the statutory conformity warranty under Articles 128–135-septies of the Italian Consumer Code for 24 months from delivery. In the event of non-conformity, you are entitled, free of charge, to have conformity restored by repair or replacement or, where provided by law, to a price reduction or termination of the contract.

The statutory warranty applies to all products, including personalised items, and is a separate and broader right than withdrawal. To report a defect, do not use the withdrawal function: contact us directly.

We may provide access to third-party tools or services supplied “as is”. Use is at your own risk and requires acceptance of their terms. Links to external websites do not imply our endorsement.

By submitting content such as comments, ideas or reviews, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use and publish it, subject to the law and your moral rights. Do not post content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringes third-party rights or contains malicious code.

You may not use the website or its services for:

• unlawful purposes or incitement to them, or infringement of others’ intellectual property rights;
• harassment, discrimination or hate speech, or submitting false or misleading information;
• uploading or transmitting malicious code of any kind;
• unauthorised collection of others’ personal data;
• unauthorised spam, phishing, pharming, pretexting, crawling or scraping;
• circumventing security measures on the website or connected networks.

We provide the website “as is” and as available. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude warranties other than mandatory warranties applicable to consumers.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits the consumer’s mandatory rights or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy, drawn up in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003, as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018.

Typographical errors or inaccuracies concerning descriptions, prices or availability may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct them, update information or cancel orders not yet processed, giving notice where required by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold Munkiy Italy harmless against third-party claims arising from your breach of these Terms or third-party rights, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If one or more provisions are found void or unenforceable, they will remain effective to the maximum extent permitted by law; partial invalidity does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

We may suspend or terminate access to the services if these Terms are breached. Obligations arising before termination remain effective.

These Terms, together with the linked policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Munkiy Italy and replace any previous agreement concerning the same subject matter.

These Terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to the consumer’s mandatory rights under the laws of their EU country of residence (Article 6, Regulation (EC) 593/2008, “Rome I”).

We may update these Terms by publishing a new dated version on this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of them.
